Towns at Burke is an intentionally designed boutique community of just 35 homes. The site’s unique triangular shape allows many homes to be angled away from one another instead of lining up in long rows, creating more privacy, natural light, and a greater sense of openness.

Additionally, 27 of the 35 homes are positioned along the community’s perimeter, facing outward rather than into the centre of the development. The result is a more spacious, private living experience that’s uncommon in larger townhouse communities.
